Hi, I’m Elaine! When I first set out to build this creative studio, I remember starting, stumbling... and circling back to the beginning more times than I can count. I know how easy it is to get lost in details when growing a brand, second-guess decisions, and feel like everything is spinning out of control, but those imperfect steps of mine eventually led me here, to a space where I now help brands grow with care and intention. Your journey doesn’t have to be perfect but you can start where you are, do what you can, and trust that the process will guide you.(wink)

Let’s co-create your dream branding through a structured process, making sure every marketing effort you make after hits the mark and never feels wasted.
01/ Exploration
We’ll start with a call to discuss your goals and how I can help. I’ll then send a proposal outlining the process, and if everything feels right, we’ll move into onboarding. From there, we’ll hold a guided session to define who you are, who you serve, and what sets you apart.
02/ Strategy
Building on those insights + research, you will review two carefully curated mood boards to confirm the creative direction. For websites, this stage also includes mapping your site’s structure and goals while gathering research about your industry and audience to ensure the strategy is well informed.
03/ Design
Once the direction is set, your brand begins to take shape. I will create logos, colors, typography, and supporting elements that reflect your positioning. For websites, this step includes designing intuitive layouts and interfaces that set the stage for smooth development.
04/ Launch
I’ll walk you through the work and the thinking behind it. You’ll share feedback then I’ll refine the design. Once approved, you’ll get the polished deliverables, brand assets or a finished website, along with some post- launch support to help you kick things off smoothly.

Process FAQs
What if I need revisions?
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions free of charge so we can fine-tune the design together. These help polish the chosen direction rather than explore new concepts. If you ever need additional refinements, we can always arrange extra support.
How actively involved do I need to be in this process?
Your involvement matters, but I also understand when you have a full plate. At minimum, I’ll need your participation during the exploration phase, the live presentation calls, and the review stages so we can stay aligned and create work that feels right for you.
Do you have a guarantee or refund policy?
While I can’t promise overnight results, I can promise my full care, creativity, and attention throughout your project. As for refunds, since this work is fully custom, 50% of your deposit is refundable only if the project is canceled before work begins. Once we’ve started, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If we part ways early, I’ll refund any payments made for work not yet completed.
Are there any extra costs I should expect?
There may be additional expenses, but they won’t come from me directly, like premium fonts, stock images, payment platform fees, or software subscriptions. For website projects, you’ll also handle your domain, hosting, and any platform or plugin subscriptions needed for your site to run smoothly.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most projects follow milestone-based payments, typically 50/50 or 40/30/30 depending on the scope.
